ANDRES is proud of its involvement with landmark restorations like the Cathedral Shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe in Downtown Dallas. In addition to its challenging nature, historic restoration demonstrates ANDRES' ability to solve the most complex construction problems. ANDRES' work on the 100-year old cathedral garnered recognition from construction colleagues as well as the media and general public.

Adaptive Re-Use
Giving dated structures a new lease on life.
ANDRES first began transforming Downtown Dallas’ landmarks into residential units in the 90s with the Majestic Lofts project. Shortly after, ANDRES began the three-building Dallas Power & Light complex that now features 158 units, as well as the Interurban which includes 134 units. ANDRES moved north a few blocks and completed the Mosaic (formerly the Fidelity Union Life Building), and the award-winning Republic Bank Tower. Several more adaptive re-use projects have followed such as aLoft Hotel Downtown Dallas, Lone Star Gas Lofts, LTV Tower, The Mayflower, 1900 Pacific Residences, the Cambria Hotel Downtown Dallas, East Quarter, and the Cambria Hotel Downtown Houston. ANDRES has recently completed their largest adaptive re-use project yet; The National, formerly known as the First National Bank Tower.
