ANDRES ENDEAVOR TRAINING PROGRAM

ANDRES has developed a multi-faceted internal employee development program named ENDEAVOR. ANDRES primarily seeks to grow and promote from within, therefore we have a significant emphasis on the personal and professional development of our employees. When we hire from outside the organization, the ENDEAVOR program helps to acclimate the newest employee-owner and clearly explain our processes and the ANDRES Way. ENDEAVOR provides resources for employee-owners to attend trainings across various mediums and includes in-person trainings, bi-annual position forums, and a Learning Management System that houses virtual trainings via an app.

ANDRES FORUM

The ANDRES Forum is an internal platform for employee-owners to share successes, lessons learned, contacts, and resources with their peers. The Forum also houses the monthly newsletter, benefits information, health and wealth resources, and discussion boards such as book and podcast recommendations.

OUR LEAN JOURNEY

ANDRES is on a journey to learn, develop, and implement Lean Principles across our company. We facilitate a life-long learning and problem solving culture as we embrace our Lean transformation. We know that we can best achieve our mission when we maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Examples of our Lean progress can be seen today in our project planning process, collaborative scheduling methods, and effective communication and visualization of the work. Our Lean journey has made significant progress but we know that this journey also has no end.

ANDRES provides all employee-owners with the tools to plan for retirement through the 401k Plan and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Full-time employees are also eligible for enrollment in our medical/dental/vision insurance plans through United Healthcare.
A component of ANDRES’ insurance plan is a Health Savings Account which provides the opportunity to save tax-free dollars for qualified medical/dental/vision expenses.
