ANDRES has kicked off construction for the Wolf Street Plaza, an urban infill project that will replace a vacant lot at Wolf and Fairmount Street in Uptown Dallas. The plaza, which will be exclusively used by the hotel built by ANDRES, will be versatile and able to accommodate a large-scale conditioned events tent. The plaza will be surrounded by beautiful, lined trees and lush landscaping. A central water feature with string lighting overhead creates a warm and cozy ambiance. The Design-Build Plaza project is led by Alamo Manhattan, and designed by Linda Tycher & Associates Landscape Architects. Additional trade partners include Spiars Engineering, Viewtech Structural Consultants, and Cummings Electrical.
