The 20-story, 375,000-square-foot senior living tower on Turtle Creek Boulevard will include 29 memory care units and 164 assisted living units that will range from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet. Vivante will also offer residents access to several luxury amenities such as full kitchens, balconies, a salon, library, exercise studios, and a movie theater. The complex also will have a two-level underground parking garage.
