Mockingbird Station Phase II continues the evolution of this historic transit-oriented site, originally developed in 1997 as a pioneering DART project in North Dallas. Currently under construction, Phase II replaces the existing surface parking lot with a 500-stall below-grade parking garage for DART riders. The project includes a crew room, dog park, entrance vestibule, and landscaped areas, and is designed to support a future 12-story tower, ensuring long-term growth and adaptability for the site.
