The first phase of the Cistercian Abbey Monastery Addition and Remodel will include a structural two-story addition of the existing Abbey Building, a 10-bedroom residence for the Fathers (between the first and second level), a below-grade basement with storage and laundry, and a new 3-stop hydraulic elevator (from the basement to the second floor).
