Victor Prosper

Project Description

Victor Prosper is a unique multifamily project in the heart of the historic Bishop Arts District. Victor Prosper consists of two buildings named “Zang” and “Plaza” on the corners of Zang and Davis Street. Both are within walking distance from the main strip attraction of North Bishop Avenue. The 6-level Zang building sits on an approximately 1.04-acre site. It contains a below-grade parking garage with 146 total spaces (12 visitor/retail/public parking spaces and 128 resident spaces). The first level features 3,019 square feet of retail space as well as the leasing office. Levels 1 through 5 include 120 luxury residential units in addition to a dog wash, fitness center, and library. Level 2 contains a 7,000 square-foot amenity area/pool with an outdoor fireplace, grill, and private lounging areas. The second building, Plaza, is located south of the Zang building on the opposite side of Davis Street. Plaza includes 8.5 levels of below-grade parking, 28,978 square feet of retail/restaurant space, and 96 residential units. Currently in the works of being leased and designed are a salon & spa, Edge Pilates, and White Rhino Coffee. The DART Station is also located within walking distance of Victor Prosper. This allows residents the ability to quickly access all downtown Dallas has to offer with ease and convenience.
