Andres was able to convert DR&L into nearly 200 apartments (including penthouse units), a parking garage, lobbies, and retail spaces. The DP&L project also featured a 7,000-square-foot bar and restaurant along with a spacious pool deck located on top of the parking garage.
DP&L was originally constructed in the 1930s and 1940s. This 3-building project lies in the heart of Downtown Dallas on Browder Street, and is more commonly referred to as DP and L Flats.
