ANDRES converted DP&L into nearly 200 apartments (including penthouse units), a parking garage and retail space. The DP&L project also features a 7,000 square-foot bar/restaurant along with a spacious pool deck located on top of the parking garage.
Dallas Power and Light was originally constructed in the 1930s and 1940s. This 3-building project lies in the heart of Downtown Dallas on Browder Street, and is more commonly referred to as Dallas Power & Light Flats.
