ANDRES was the Design Build Contractor on the University of Texas at Dallas Northside Phase 4 project which is comprised of two separate buildings on 8.4 acres. The 387-unit project includes eight study rooms, a 2-story fitness center, a pool courtyard with two grilling areas, a basketball and tennis court, and an attached 4-story garage.
