Magnolia on Main will be comprised of a four-story wood-framed building with covered parking occupying half of the first floor. The building will include 69 apartments and just under 2,000 square feet of leasing space on the ground floor, as well as eight Live/Work units. The project is strategically positioned in the heart of Roanoke’s historic downtown.
