ANDRES was able to not only create a comfortable and safe community for college students, but was able to do so by also adding exclusive amenities. This 22-building community resembles that of a resort, and contains a lazy river, a pool with a sport activity area and a hot tub, a giant outdoor HD movie screen, a fitness center, and study rooms.
