Winning the award for Outstanding General Contractor from the American Subcontractors Association (ASA) North Texas Chapter means more than just another piece of hardware in the Andres trophy case.
This award demonstrates Andres’ commitment to partnering with subcontractors to create win-win relationships that ultimately serve to satisfy clients.
“Andres’ record of having a really good relationship with subcontractors and vendors was a key factor in our hiring them to build Lofts Canal Side,” said Richard Brownjohn of Palladium USA.
“That relationship, and the fact that subs like to work with Andres, means the subs provide competitive pricing, skilled workers, and quality workmanship. That hard-earned relationship really benefits the clients.”
“This prestigious award signifies quality, superb safety standards, fairness, professionalism, and cooperation with the Subs and Suppliers,” said Linda White of the ASA. “Just to be nominated indicates that the company is held in very high esteem by the contractor community.”

“We believe that we are only as good as our subcontractors and they deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and consideration.”
“This is a policy that makes sense for us as general contractors, for the subcontractors and vendors, and finally for our clients, who expect everyone on the job to do their utmost to construct the very best project possible.”
“This is the kind of prestigious award for which we’d like to be nominated every year,” Andres added.
