Senior Vice President

Warren Andres

While his father and brother were founding Andres in 1990, Warren Andres was cutting his teeth on a number of high-profile projects for Disney in Florida.

Early on during his career in Florida, Warren Andres served as project administrator/estimator for the 12-story Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Orlando, Florida and the 24-story Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

Later, as a principal contract administrator, he performed site development studies and served as a construction manager on Celebration, Disney’s expansive neo-traditional community outside Orlando.

Warren also worked on many key Disney hotels, from the Vacation Club (Phases I, II, and III), the 3,072 units of the Port Orleans and Dixie Landing Resorts, the 3,856-unit All-Star Resort (Phases I and II), plus the renovation of suites and guestrooms at the Grand Floridian Beach Resort & Yacht Club.

In 1994, Gil and Wade Andres persuaded Warren to return to Dallas and join their young firm.

Andres quickly began accumulating repeat clients, like the University of Dallas, where he has completed nine projects, Cistercian Prep School, where he has completed six projects, and multiple projects for other private schools like Hockaday, Episcopal School of Dallas, and Good Shepherd Episcopal School.

Andres also oversaw the construction of the firm’s two most important office building projects, the First Command Financial Planning Building in Fort Worth and the addition to and the renovation of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology Building in Dallas.

Recently, Warren Andres helped the firm step into the future of building by earning certification as an LEED Accredited Professional by the US Green Building Council.

Andres currently serves as the chairman of QUOIN, the North Texas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors. He also has handled the company's construction management responsibilities for the McKinney Green Building, which has received the highest rating from the US Green Building Council.
