Vice President

Wayne Wilson

Wayne Wilson joined Andres in 1991, after having worked with Wade Andres on projects at the St. Mark’s School of Texas.

Prior to coming to Andres, Wilson served as a project manager on a variety of other projects in Dallas including the American Heart Association Building and Preston Sherry Tower, and Dominion Plaza.

Immediately upon joining Andres, Wilson began work on the Cistercian Abbey Chapel.

Since then, Wilson has been charged with some of the firm’s most important projects, including two retirement communities, the Edgemere Continuing Care Retirement Center.

He helped earn Andres an excellent reputation in downtown adaptive reuse renovations with his work on the Majestic Loft Residences and, most recently, on the Dallas Power & Light Loft Conversion and the Interurban Building.

Wilson also has served as the project executive on the Half Price Books Flagship Store and Corporate Headquarters and the Uptown Center Office Building and parking garage (including the offices of Lane Gorman Trubitt and the Tin Star Restaurant).
