Joining Andres in 1992, Tom Feather brought with him a great deal of construction experience from his years in Atlanta and Houston with HCB Contractors.
Feather started his career as a project administrator/manager working on large projects in Houston (e.g., the 52-story Heritage Plaza).
Feather then moved to Atlanta where he served as project manager and estimator on a variety of projects, including the $40 million Criminal Justice Center in Atlanta and the 28-story Monarch II Office Tower (plus a 12-story parking garage and three-story retail). Feather also worked as project manager on the $60 million Underground Atlanta in the late 1980s.
Since coming to Andres, Feather has handled many of the firm’s out-of-town projects, from the renovation of the 21-story Bank One Tower in Austin to the renovation of the La Playa Beach Resort in Naples, Florida and the construction of its new conference center.
He has been responsible for the construction of numerous multi-family projects as well as the renovations of two Austin-area churches (the Westminster Presbyterian Church and the Hyde Park Baptist Church).
