Dinah Hays was one of the first people Gil Andres called when he and son Wade Andres founded the firm in 1990.
She had worked with Gil Andres since 1971, when he was president of Hayman Andres. Hays followed Andres to HCB Contractors in 1977, where Hays served as his executive assistant.
As the chief financial officer for Andres, Hays wears many hats, from payroll manager to corporate secretary/treasurer. She oversees all financial, banking, and legal aspects of the firm.
An avid Texas Tech alumni and chairman of the board of the Delta Gamma Foundation of Dallas, Hays streamlines the operation of the firm so that the construction professionals are able to focus on satisfying clients.
