The project is located on a 2.8 acre site in Fort Worth's cultural district and consists of three interconnected 11-story towers that will be built over 2 levels of a below grade concrete parking structure. The building is designed with a complex mixture of structural concrete with both pan and post tensioned slabs, and the façade is a light colored STO Plaster System with curtain wall, storefront, and punched windows with Clear Anodized Frames. The high-end interior finishes are reflective of a 5 star resort-style community. The project had an extremely aggressive schedule, as the 800,000 square foot building was completed in 20 months.
The Stayton Project is a luxurious retirement community complete with 188 Independent Living Units, 41 Assisted Living Units, 41 Skilled Nursing Units, memory support wing, indoor pool, and multiple areas for fine dining and entertainment.
